Question 1

What do I actually get?

Accepted Answer

Your invitation lives on its own web page, and you manage it from a simple dashboard. The Essential plan gives you one link for the whole invitation plus a link for each function. The Personal plan adds a guest list, where every guest gets a link made just for them.

Question 2

How does a personal guest link work?

Accepted Answer

It opens the same invitation, but addressed to one household. It shows their name, the number of seats saved for them and only the functions they're invited to. You can still share the general link with anyone.

Question 3

Will my guests need to download anything?

Accepted Answer

No app and no sign-up. The link opens in whatever browser is already on their phone, including older Android devices.

Question 4

How long does it take to make one?

Accepted Answer

Most people finish a first version in under an hour. You can keep changing it after you send it, so it doesn't need to be perfect on day one.

Question 5

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. At checkout you'll see the account details and amount. Send the payment, then share the screenshot or transaction ID with us.

Question 6

When does my invitation go live?

Accepted Answer

We verify payments on WhatsApp, usually within an hour during the day. You can keep editing while we confirm, and your link switches on as soon as we do.

Question 7

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Since you can preview every design with your own details before paying, we don't refund for a change of mind. If something doesn't work as promised and we can't fix it, or you were charged twice, you'll get your money back. Picked the wrong design? We'll swap it for free.

Question 8

Is this a monthly subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. You pay once per invitation and that's it. No renewals, no hidden fees.

Question 9

Can I make changes after sharing the link?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Venue changed? Time moved? Update it in the dashboard and every link you've sent shows the new details instantly.

Question 10

How many functions can I add?

Accepted Answer

As many as your family has planned. Dholki, mayun, mehndi, nikah, baraat, walima, or anything you name yourself. Each one has its own date, time, venue and map.

Question 11

Can I add my own photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for the cover, couple and family sections, and a gallery. Prefer no photos? Every design has illustrations that work without them.

Question 12

Can I change the colours?

Accepted Answer

Each design comes with several ready-made colour sets, or you can pick your own two colours to match your outfits or theme.

Question 13

I have a big guest list. How do I add everyone?

Accepted Answer

On the Personal plan there's no limit. Add guests one by one or paste your whole list at once. A family counts as one entry with a seat count, not as separate people.

Question 14

How do guests RSVP?

Accepted Answer

Your invitation shows the family contacts you choose, with tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons, so guests reply to you directly the way they're used to.

Question 15

Can I upgrade to Personal later?

Accepted Answer

Anytime. You only pay the difference between the two plans.

Question 16

Can you set it up for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us your details on WhatsApp and our team will build the whole invitation for you. You'll still get dashboard access to make changes later.

Question 17

Can I use my own domain name?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we connect it at no extra cost. Buy a domain from any registrar, then add it in your settings or send it to us. Your original link keeps working too.
